Welcome to the Evidence Based Treatment Centers of Seattle

We believe it is our responsibility to stay up-to-date with current research and advances in our field so that when people entrust us with their care, we can confidently say that we are providing treatments that have the best science behind them. We also believe that people learn and grow best when they are in an environment of genuine compassion and support.

Science and compassion: it’s a simple formula and one that is at the core of everything we do. It is also what has made EBTCS a leader in our community and nationwide since 2002.

Postdoctoral Training Program

Our postdoctoral training program offers specialty training in the delivery of evidence-based treatments

We aim to empower our postdoctoral fellows by offering specialized training in evidence-based treatments across four distinct centers – Adult Anxiety, Child Anxiety, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Eating Disorders. Our comprehensive program provides a unique opportunity for fellows to immerse themselves in hands-on experience, guided by leading experts in each respective field.

We pride ourselves on our commitment to state-of-the-art clinical training and fostering an environment conducive to professional growth. Our postdoctoral fellows not only gain invaluable experience but also have the opportunity to contribute to the continued advancement of evidence-based treatments.

STANDARD OUTPATIENT THERAPY

Each of our four specialty centers offer state-of-the-art outpatient treatment that is informed by current research. Outpatient therapy is typically conducted weekly and is the appropriate level of care for the majority of individuals seeking treatment. If you would like more information about our outpatient therapy services, please call 206-374-0109 or click on the appropriate center to learn about the treatments we provide. We offer both in person and virtual/telehealth services.

We offer IOP services for adolescents and adults seeking DBT, individuals with anxiety disorders (including OCD, school refusal, and selective mutism), and youth with eating disorders.
