A SELF-GUIDED TOOL FROM OUR CHILD ANXIETY CENTER
The Screen Balance Program
A self-paced, online course built by two of EBTCS's own clinical child psychologists to help parents set screen time limits that actually hold, choose the right parental controls, and handle the pushback that comes with both.
What the Screen Balance Program Is
A lot of what happens in a first appointment about screen problems is education, assessment, and planning, and much of that doesn't actually require sitting across from a psychologist. The Screen Balance Program takes that process and puts it in parents' hands, at home, at their own pace.
It starts with a short assessment that will help parents place their child into one of four screen balance profiles, and everything after that is shaped around your family's specific situation rather than a generic checklist.

Who It's For
This is not a "screens are bad" program. It's built for parents who want a workable approach for their own family, at any child's age, teenagers included.
