Holland is a Client Services Coordinator.

Holland received her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Washington.

During her undergraduate studies, Holland was a research assistant in the Katz Lab at UW. The study she worked on explored the role of parent and child emotions and family dynamics in pediatric cancer.

While attending UW, Holland also served as a Helpline phone intern at the National Eating Disorders Association. As a Helpline intern, she communicated with diverse populations from across the country about eating disorders and implemented clinical skills such as Motivational Interviewing techniques. The experience solidified her passion for promoting accessible and culturally competent mental health care.

Holland plans to pursue a career in child clinical psychology, with specific interests in eating disorders and obsessive-compulsive and related disorders. In her spare time, Holland enjoys running, singing, eating out, and socializing outdoors.
