Anxiety Center

The Anxiety Center at the Evidence Based Treatment Centers of Seattle (EBTCS) invites applications for a full-time staff clinical psychologist. Staff will provide individual therapy for adult clients with the full range of anxiety, obsessive-compulsive, and trauma-related disorders. The ideal applicant will have strong training and experience in behavioral and/or cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), superb clinical skills, and a minimum of 1 year of formal training and/or experience in the treatment of anxiety disorders (required). Additionally, strong applicants will have either 1 year of formal postdoctoral training, or 3-5 years of post-graduate work experience. Applicants without postdoctoral training or post-graduate work experience would be considered for a postdoctoral fellowship position.

The Anxiety Center at EBTCS is a thriving outpatient anxiety specialty center comprised of both clinical psychologists and a psychiatrist who all specialize in evidence-based treatment for anxiety-related problems. We offer comprehensive administrative services and billing, benefits, weekly consultation team with anxiety experts, and beautiful office space in downtown Seattle. The Anxiety Center is part of a larger organization, the Evidence Based Treatment Centers of Seattle (EBTCS), which includes the following specialty centers: Child Anxiety Center, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) Center, and the Eating Disorders Center. DBT Center

The DBT Center at the Evidence Based Treatment Centers of Seattle (EBTCS), PLLC, invites applications for a full time staff DBT therapist position.  We have provided comprehensive DBT to teens and adults since 2002, and were one of the first programs in the country to have our program certified by the Linehan Board of Certification. Activities will primarily focus on individual DBT and skills training for adults and/or adolescents and their families, for clients with a wide variety of problems related to emotion dysregulation. Opportunities for participating in our outcomes monitoring and research programs are also available.

 

EBTCS is located in the heart of beautiful downtown Seattle. It is comprised of four specialty centers that share a central administration and common mission to provide high quality, evidenced-based treatment. Applicants will be considered who have a master’s degree or a doctoral degree in clinical psychology and have experience and training in DBT. Further training will be available, including individual and group consultation as well as didactics on DBT and other evidence based treatments.
