The Evidence Based Treatment Centers of Seattle (EBTCS) is excited to announce an opening for a full-time Client Services Coordinator position (minimum 3-year commitment). We are searching for a well-rounded, hard-working, highly reliable employee who is excited about the field of clinical psychology or child clinical psychology. The position includes facilitating and coordinating client flow, general administration, and helping serve as the initial contact for clients seeking treatment at our centers.

EBTCS is a group of psychologists, psychiatrists, and therapists who specialize in evidence-based treatments for a wide variety of problems. EBTCS is made up of four specialty treatment centers: the Anxiety Center, the Child Anxiety Center, the Dialectical Behavior Therapy Center, and the Eating Disorders Center. Experience/abilities EBTCS is looking for:

• Interest in/knowledge of Psychology

– Strong understanding of treatments provided at EBTCS is a plus

• Client/staff communications

– Professional client communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills with a wide range of age groups

– Savvy interpersonal skills: respectful, nonjudgmental, and compassionate

– Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and ethical standards

• Client records management

– Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, Word

• Accounting/billing

– Ability to manage basic accounting & billing procedures

– Adept in managing business/clinical records

Salary Range:
Client Services Coordinators typically start with a salary of $21-22/hour.

Staff Psychologist for the Child Anxiety Center

The Child Anxiety Center (CAC) has set the bar for providing the highest quality evidence-based treatments to children, teens and families for nearly two decades. We were the first specialty pediatric OCD treatment center in the Seattle area, we offered the first specialty anxiety and OCD IOP programs, and we remain the only clinic to offer specialty intensive treatment for school refusal. The CAC comprises 8 psychologists and 2 psychiatrists.

The DBT Center at EBTCS is seeking full-time psychologists (PsyD, PhD) to join our team. The DBT Center has been providing comprehensive outpatient DBT to teens and adults since 2002 and intensive outpatient (IOP) services since 2018. We were one of the first programs in the country to have our program certified by the Linehan Board of Certification.

The Anxiety Center has been providing gold-standard treatment to adults with anxiety, obsessive-compulsive, and trauma-related disorders for nearly two decades. We are the largest adult outpatient OCD treatment center in the Seattle area and have a particular specialty in complex anxiety and OCD presentations. Our team is comprised of 11 psychologists and 2 psychiatrists.
