During this challenging time, it is important to get your information about COVID-19 from reliable sources, such as the King County Public Health website.

If you are dealing with germ or harm fears, we recommend you consult with your therapist. Please be sure to get your information from reliable sources (see links above). We recommend you follow the recommended guidelines but do not go beyond those guidelines, as doing so may make your anxiety worse.
